Q) I need to update my citizen status, and I was told that it could be done only in a SS office. Do I need an appointment for that, and how can I make one? can someone help me with this. Thank You very much
A) You can schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment with your Social Security Office by Calling the SSA at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
