My experience at Bloomington MN Social Security Office – Ann

Your Experience: I cannot get the person assigned to my case to call me back.  I have made 10, seriously 10  phone calls to her.  I called and asked for a supervisor and was told the process is for the front office to send an e-mail to the person assigned and the supervisor.  He assured me that one of them would call me back by Tuesday the 13th and no one has called me.
This is unbelievable.
