My experience at Durham NC Social Security Office – Reed

Your Experience: Both my husband and I had appointments for 9:30AM and 10:00AM today, February, 17th, 2015.  Needless to say, there is a State of Emergency Weather Warning today.  I have been trying to CALL and at least leave a voice mail, to please reschedule our appointments until next week.  NO WAY TO DO SO.  I’ve tried every possible way to get through to some place at least to leave a message.  All it says is that THIS particular office is Closed – then another voice comes on to say, that the office will open at 11:00 AM.  Tried calling at 11:00AM – still cannot get through???  There is no way we are getting out of our wooded development to get to our appointments until the weather warms to melt the ice!
