Your Experience: I want to thank the gentleman in window 3 who helped me greatly in my application process.  I regret deeply that I didn’t ask for his name to thank him personally.  I had gone to another SS office before this one and was not received very nicely but literally shown the door.  This gentleman took the time to help , explain the problem and what to expect.  Wherever he is the kind man in window 3 thank you very much.  The world is a better place with people like you.
