Your Experience: After waiting was told I qwas unable to file a benefit application because no one was available to do it on 7/23/14. Called on 7/30/14 by Mr Riggin and he did interview via phone. Upon review if the Appication Summary I found an error and the method provided to report this error was to call the 800-772-1213 number, which after waiting 25 minutes on hold was told to submit error in writting to local office.
I find this very inefficient and extremmely upsetting. 12 years ago I was able to accomplish this same task in a 15 minute visit to the local office.
