Your Experience: My experience with a lady named Becky from this office was appalling. She was very rude, unprofessional and made me feel like an idiot. For a government employee to act this way as a customer service representative for the United States Government is embarrassing As a federal employee myself who deals with the public, if this type of behavior was displayed by our Agency, folks are reprimanded and placed on probation. No excuse for this. We all feel the impact of excessive workloads and personnel shortages particularly on a Friday. I hope some action is taken against this individual to avoid future embarrassment and bad reputation for your office.
