My experience at West Nyack NY Social Security Office – Anon

Your Experience: I actually never made it to a teller.  I arrived at 9:45 AM but had to leave for another appointment by 11.  I did get my number from the machine but it wasn’t called by the time I had to leave.  The wait was ridiculous, especially since I only was in to change my name.  I had all my documents ready and in hand.

FYI – the security guard was very helpful, instructive, and polite – I give kudos to him.

But the wait was horrible – slow.
