Can I drop my application for medicare part B form at the office in Brick ?

Can you please let me know if i can drop my application for medicare part B form at the office in Brick ? Can you also let me know what is the last day to apply for part B .
I have tried everything to get this done and nothing is working . I dont know what is going on with your fax machine . I have been trying all day yesterday and about 5 times today already. It is just not going through.
I called this morning and was told to try again to fax but not going through. I have been trying to call again but the line are just busy. Can someone please call me at 973 *** 0744.
