I AM GETTING $1144.70 FOR 2014 PAYMENTS. I GOT A LETTER SAYING I AM GETTING A 1.7% RAISE AND WILL RECEIVE $1140.10 now that is $4.60 less this year. what happened to my 1.7% raise. I DID DO HIGH SCHOOL FOR ALL 4 YEARS.SOMETHING WRONG SOMEWHERE. I DID SEND A COPY TO CHICAGO THAT TOLD ME THIS STUFF AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EXPLAINING THIS TO ME.?
