My experience at Winston-Salem NC Social Security Office – Anony

Your Name (Can Be Anonymous): Anonymous
Your Experience: The wait was long, but when I was finally called, the person behind the desk was very rude. She acted like I was bothering her and that she was doing me a favor by helping me. It is a disgrace that you have to put up with attitudes from the workers. When all the info was presented to the person behind the desk, she shoved it back and said I was missing one piece of information she needed to process the claim. The piece of information she wanted was not listed on the letter I received from them. People like that should not be allowed to work with the public.
Your Social Security Office City: Lockland Ave, Winston-Salem
Your Social Security Office State: NC
Your Wait Time: 3hrs

  1. I would like to make an appointment to visit your 29 Davenport St Somerville location to get earnings report and to apply for Retirement. I tried online but it will not accept my personal information. I’ve tried many times to connect over the phone with the 1800-772-1213 but it continually disconnects me. Can I visit without an appointment?
