Your Experience: The wait was long, but when I was finally called, the person behind the desk was very rude. She acted like I was bothering her and that she was doing me a favor by helping me. It is a disgrace that you have to put up with attitudes from the workers. When all the info was presented to the person behind the desk, she shoved it back and said I was missing one piece of information she needed to process the claim. The piece of information she wanted was not listed on the letter I received from them. People like that should not be allowed to work with the public.
