Can you please let me know when I should expect the passport?

Q) I needed a replacement card and I sent back my passport along with the replacement card application. They told me the passport would be sent back to me and the social security card. I have received the social security card but the passport has not been sent back. Can you please let me know when I should expect the passport?
A) Please contact you local Social Security office and ask when your passport will be returned.

My name HUYNH***** social number 230-*******2,i went too VietNam about 11 month and i get every month 981 on this month Dicember 18/2013. I just get 876. I know they cut off 105. What wrong please let me now soon. thanks you
