Q) HI! I have been waiting for a representative for over 45 minutes in Winona. I am a case manager for a couple in Houston, MN who are having difficulties managing their money. They also gamble. They said they do not want family to assist with their finances and are willing to pay for a payee in Houston County. A) You will need to speak with a counselor/representative at the local Winona Social Security office. Or call Social Security administration at 1-800-772-1213 for instructions. .
