This women is not disabled and is trying to cheat the Social Security.

Q) I know and worked with an individual who is applying for disability and has a final hearing scheduled for this upcoming week. This women is not disabled and is trying to cheat the Social Security office with the help of an attorney. Myself and others would like it brought to the attention of the Social Security disability’s office before she is approved. Who do I need to contact?

A) According to Social Security Administration website – You can use this online form to report allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse concerning SSA programs and operations. Our office also addresses allegations of criminal activity and serious misconduct involving Social Security employees. Moreover, we have jurisdiction to investigate allegations of work and assets concealment, representative payee misuse and trafficking of Social Security numbers and cards.
