This women is not disabled and is trying to cheat the Social Security.

Q) I know and worked with an individual who is applying for disability and has a final hearing scheduled for this upcoming week. This women is not disabled and is trying to cheat the Social Security office with the help of an attorney. Myself and others would like it brought to the attention of the Social Security disability’s office before she is approved. Who do I need to contact?

A) According to Social Security Administration website – You can use this online form to report allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse concerning SSA programs and operations. Our office also addresses allegations of criminal activity and serious misconduct involving Social Security employees. Moreover, we have jurisdiction to investigate allegations of work and assets concealment, representative payee misuse and trafficking of Social Security numbers and cards. https://www.socialsecurity.gov/fraudreport/oig/public_fraud_reporting/form.htm

  1. According to the Social Security Administration – You can continue working and start receiving your retirement benefits. … You can get Social Security retirement benefits and work at the same time before your full retirement age. However your benefits will be reduced if you earn more than the yearly earnings limits. After you reach your full retirement age, SSA will recalculate your benefit amount to give you credit for any months you did not receive a benefit because of your earnings. They will send you a letter that explains any increase in your benefit amount.
